Rendevous Creek, also referred to by some as Little River, flows from the high country of Little Boggy Plain, at the head of the Moonbah Valley and winds it’s way down the mountain before running into the Moonbah River on Big Yard Road, Moonbah Valley, approximately 1km from Moonbah Hut. The Rendevous would most accurately be described as a ‘twig stream’, but it is a fine little stream that holds suprisingly large fish on occasion. As with the Moonbah, 3lb fish are a possibility. In years gone by, according to records that were kept at the Creel Lodge, the Rendevous Creek actually recorded the highest catch rate of any stream in the NSW Snowy Mountains!
